Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests, from booking, check-in, entry to the premises, use of services, or participation in any Resort activity. By staying at the Resort, the guest agrees to all clauses listed here.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By booking or entering the property, guests agree to all Terms & Conditions on the official website.
1.2 Guests acknowledge that reading and understanding these Terms is their responsibility.

2. Guest Responsibility

2.1 Guests are fully responsible for their actions, behaviour, and personal safety.
2.2 The Resort is not liable for any consequences of the guest’s misconduct, negligence, or unsafe behaviour.

3. Personal Safety & Misconduct

3.1 The Resort and its staff are not liable for any injury, harm, altercation, self-harm, suicide attempt, or emotional distress.
3.2 Any incident caused by the guest, whether intentional or accidental, is the guest’s responsibility.
3.3 Disputes between guests or conflicts are solely the guest’s responsibility.

4. Intoxicants & Illegal Substances

4.1 Possession or consumption of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, hookahs, vaping devices, or smoking materials is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Any incident resulting from intoxicants is the sole responsibility of the guest.
4.3 Guests arriving intoxicated may be denied entry.
4.4 Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Staff Assistance Disclaimer

5.1 Guests may inform staff about risks or emergencies.
5.2 The Resort and its staff will assist to the best of their ability, but are not responsible for outcomes or consequences.

6. Loss, Theft, or Damage to Personal Items

6.1 Guests are responsible for all personal belongings.
6.2 The Resort is not liable for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged items, including valuables, electronics, cash, jewelry, luggage, or vehicles.

7. Lost & Forgotten Items

7.1 Any item left behind at check-out and not recovered by staff is entirely the guest’s responsibility.
7.2 The Resort does not guarantee recovery or delivery of lost items.
7.3 Housekeeping staff are not responsible for safeguarding or monitoring guest belongings.
7.4 The Resort is not liable for cash, electronics, or valuables left unattended.

8. Damage to Resort Property

8.1 Guests are liable for any breakage, stains, loss, or misuse of property.
8.2 Costs of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

9. Identification Documents & Authenticity

9.1 Guests must provide original, authentic ID proofs.
9.2 Any falsified or duplicate documents will result in denial of stay, cancellation, or legal action.
9.3 The Resort is not liable for consequences arising from false documents.

10. Health Conditions, Allergies & Medical Emergencies

10.1 Guests are responsible for their own health, allergies, and fitness levels.
10.2 The Resort is not liable for medical emergencies, allergic reactions, pre-existing conditions, or any health complications.
10.3 Guests must take prior precautions for food allergies, environmental sensitivities, or health risks.

11. Minors & Child Supervision

11.1 Parents or guardians must supervise minors at all times.
11.2 The Resort is not liable for any incident, accident, or injury involving children.

12. Environmental & Natural Risks

12.1 Guests accept risks associated with the hill-station terrain, slopes, roads, wildlife, insects, fog, rain, storms, or slippery surfaces.
12.2 The Resort is not liable for any incident caused by natural conditions.

13. Service Interruptions

13.1 The Resort is not liable for interruptions caused by:

Power outages

Water supply issues

Internet/WiFi failure

Technical or operational disruptions

14. Force Majeure

14.1 The Resort is not responsible for incidents caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, bandh, or other events beyond control.

15. Compliance With Staff Instructions

15.1 Guests must follow all written or verbal instructions from Resort staff.
15.2 Non-compliance releases the Resort from liability for resulting incidents.

16. Transport & Third-Party Vendors

16.1 The Resort is not responsible for:

Taxis, drivers, or transport

Adventure operators or guides

Photographers or other vendors
16.2 Guests use third-party services at their own risk.

17. Fire, Electrical, & Cooking Restrictions

17.1 Guests may not use stoves, induction plates, heaters, irons, candles, fireworks, or open flames.
17.2 Any incident caused by prohibited items is solely the guest’s responsibility.

18. Swimming Pool Disclaimer

18.1 Pool use is at the guest’s own risk.
18.2 The Resort is not liable for slips, injuries, drowning, or absence of lifeguards.
18.3 Children must be supervised at all times.

19. Parking

19.1 Parking is at the guest’s own risk.
19.2 The Resort is not liable for vehicle damage, accidents, or theft.

20. Photography & Videography

20.1 Guests may not photograph staff or other guests without consent.
20.2 The Resort may use property imagery for marketing but not personal images of guests.

21. Group Bookings

21.1 The booking-holder is fully responsible for the behaviour and compliance of all group members.
21.2 The Resort is not liable for internal group disputes or conflicts.

22. Complaint Procedure

22.1 Complaints must be raised during the stay.
22.2 Complaints after check-out will not be entertained.

23. Amenity Availability

23.1 Amenities, including gardens, games, and common areas, are subject to availability, maintenance, and weather conditions.
23.2 The Resort is not liable if any amenity is unavailable.

24. Internet Use

24.1 WiFi is provided for basic use.
24.2 The Resort is not liable for data loss, cyber issues, or connectivity problems.

25. Security Staff

25.1 Security staff monitor the property only and are not personal bodyguards.
25.2 Guests are responsible for their own personal safety.

26. After Check-Out & Off-Premises Liability

26.1 The Resort is not responsible for incidents occurring after check-out or outside the property premises.

27. Noise & Disturbance

27.1 Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is prohibited.
27.2 The Resort is not liable for disputes between guests caused by noise or misconduct.

28. Digital Payments & Refunds

28.1 The Resort is not liable for failed payments, banking errors, UPI issues, or delays.
28.2 Refunds, if applicable, are solely at the Resort’s discretion.

29. Use of Facilities

29.1 All Resort facilities are used at the guest’s own risk.

30. Safety Equipment

30.1 Use of life jackets, helmets, or other safety equipment is at the guest’s own risk.
30.2 The Resort is not liable for misuse or failure of such equipment.

31. Accuracy of Guest Information

31.1 Guests must provide accurate personal and booking information.
31.2 The Resort is not liable for consequences arising from false information.

32. Legal Jurisdiction

32.1 All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the district court where the Resort is located.

33. Final Statement

33.1 These Terms constitute the full liability and conduct policy of the Resort.
33.2 Verbal statements by staff do not override these Terms.
