Smoking & Drinking Policy
Dear Guests,
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. We request you to use designated outdoor smoking areas to maintain room hygiene and guest comfort.
Drinking is permitted inside rooms for personal use, but must be done responsibly and in accordance with government laws and legal age limits. Excessive consumption, loud behavior, or any disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment at our resort.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Dear Guests,
We truly value your time and trust in booking with us. To maintain fairness and clarity, please review our cancellation and refund guidelines:
100% refund: Cancellation made 15 days or more before the check-in date.
20% deduction: Cancellation made 8 to 14 days before check-in.
50% deduction: Cancellation made 4 to 7 days before check-in.
No refund: Cancellation made within 3 days of the check-in date.
Note
If a booking is made within 15 days of check-in, the same refund rules will apply based on the number of days left before check-in. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
